Genius OWL Technologies LLC is incorporated under the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates and operates under a valid commercial license issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Dubai.

SIRA Security & Surveillance Standards

In compliance with Dubai Law No. 12 of 2016 and technical regulations issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA):

• Approved Hardware: All CCTV cameras, NVRs, and access control hardware deployed across commercial and residential developments comply with SIRA specifications.
• Privacy Bounds: External surveillance optics are strictly calibrated to avoid capturing neighboring private dwellings or unauthorized public vistas.
• Sole Client Ownership: Video recordings and administrative access credentials remain exclusively with the authorized property owner.

TDRA Wireless & IoT Type Approvals

Under the regulations of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), all radio-frequency equipment (Wi-Fi 6/7 access points, Zigbee hubs, Z-Wave controllers, Thread border routers) supplied by Genius OWL holds valid TDRA Type Approval and operates strictly within authorized UAE frequency spectrums.

DEWA Electrical & Low-Voltage Guidelines

All automated lighting panels, relay enclosures, and smart thermostat interfaces comply with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) electrical regulations:

• Physical segregation between Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) data cabling and 230V mains power in all distribution enclosures.
• Properly sized circuit breakers and RCD protection dedicated to automation control modules.

Civil Defence Life Safety Integration

Where automation logic connects with life safety systems, our designs strictly follow UAE Civil Defence Fire and Life Safety Codes: automation triggers automatically release electronic door locks, raise motorized blackout shades for egress, and bring egress lighting to 100% brightness upon fire alarm activation.

Cybercrime Law & DESC Hardening

Pursuant to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 (Cybercrime Law) and Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) standards, all installations undergo full network hardening: elimination of default passwords, VLAN segmentation of all IoT devices, and disabled unencrypted remote management ports.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT)

Genius OWL operates in full compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing, processing transactions exclusively through regulated UAE banking institutions with verified beneficial ownership auditing.

Genius OWL Technologies and associated brand marks are proprietary assets. Third-party brand names (Crestron, Lutron, KNX, Control4, Hikvision, Dahua, Sonos) referenced herein belong exclusively to their respective owners and denote authorized technological compatibility and partnership.

E-Waste Management & Sustainability

In alignment with Dubai Municipality environmental directives and the UAE Net Zero strategic initiative, all decommissioned electronics, lead-acid UPS batteries, and scrap copper cabling are channeled exclusively to certified UAE e-waste recycling facilities.
