Overview
Cooling is the largest line on a Dubai utility bill, and most of the waste is structural: rooms cooled while empty, setpoints fought between floors, and chilled water running against an open terrace door.
Our thermostats are zoned per room and aware of the wider system. If a door sensor reports a terrace open, that zone stops cooling. If the house arms to Away, setpoints widen rather than switching off, so the return to comfort is minutes not hours.

Engineering
What actually makes the difference.
Occupancy-aware setback
Presence sensors let a zone drift a few degrees when empty and recover before the room is used again, which is where most of the saving comes from.
Open-aperture interlock
Door and window contacts pause cooling in that zone. On a villa with terrace doors this alone is typically a double-digit percentage of the cooling load.
Plant-friendly
Minimum run times and staged demand stop the compressor short-cycling, which protects the plant as much as the bill.
Per-zone reporting
Monthly consumption broken down by zone, so the client can see which rooms actually drive the bill.
