We fit locks to the door that exists. On a specified villa door with concealed hinges and a multipoint mechanism, that usually means a motorised multipoint case rather than a retrofit escutcheon, and it is worth the extra work.

What actually makes the difference.
Mechanical override, always
Every lock keeps a working euro cylinder. A flat battery or a dead network is an inconvenience, never a lockout.
Credentials with an expiry
Issue a cleaner a code valid Tuesdays 09:00–13:00. It stops working on its own, which is the only access rule people actually keep.
Audited by default
Every entry is logged against the credential used and retained locally, viewable from any panel or the app.
Fits the specified door
Motorised multipoint cases for high-end doors rather than a retrofit escutcheon bolted over existing furniture.
